DJNM Technologies was started in 1996 by our founder and CEO Michael Washburn out of his desire to provide family and friends with an affordable, high quality alternative to the Big Box computer manufacturers. We are currently licensed retailers of computer products and support in Iowa, where the company was founded, and Massachusetts, which is Michael’s native state.

Michael Washburn has worked as a PC/Network Engineer since 1996. He has worked in Retail, Educational and Corporate environments supporting multiple Microsoft Operating systems and other Operating system platforms as well. He is well verses in dealing with the technical problems that users face on a daily basis and very well equipped to communicate the source of the problem to the user regardless of the users skill level.
